Gail Leftin:

Little Red Wagon PlaySchool originated in my home in 1991. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University and my Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University. I am also a certified Orton-Gillingham reading therapist. Prior to opening Little Red Wagon PlaySchool, I tutored children with dyslexia in reading, writing and spelling. I opened Little Red Wagon PlaySchool in Newton, Massachusetts in the summer of 1998. It has been a “dream come true”!


Reed Donahue:

I was first introduced to Little Red Wagon PlaySchool in 1998 as a parent. I have remained on since then, in various roles and have co-directed the school along with Gail for the past five years. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. In 1997, I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston College. I have experience working with children from infancy – at a crisis nursery – to teenager – in schools and residential centers.
